What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Most items start at 500–1,000 pieces per design. For stock products with your logo and packaging, mixed orders across SKUs are welcome.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?+
Yes. You can customize existing products with your colors, logo and packaging, or work with our design studio to develop entirely new items.
How long does sampling take?+
Samples of existing items with your branding take 7–10 days. New designs that need tooling usually take 15–25 days.
What is your production lead time?+
Standard lead time is 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on materials and order size.
Can you prepare goods for Amazon FBA?+
Yes. We handle FNSKU labeling, suffocation warnings, polybagging and carton labeling, and can ship directly to Amazon warehouses on DDP terms.
Which test reports can you provide?+
FDA, LFGB, OEKO-TEX, Prop 65 and REACH reports are available for relevant products. We can arrange additional testing with SGS, Intertek or BV.
What payment terms do you accept?+
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L. L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders.
